j.k. livin- we are gonna go through some tough times but you just gotta keep livin and move forward and be happy. i have always liked working out and keeping in shape. so when i found out about matthew's foundation, j.k. livin, i loved it! of course because it's matthew(: and also because being in shape and being healthy is important to me. another reason i love j.k. livin is because it's what i now the way i live. i just keep livin. i love it.
